Westell-Noran Tel's quality principle is simple and can be summed up in the following statement:

"Westell-Noran Tel is committed to supplying products and services that meet or exceed our customer's expectations."

We at Westell-Noran Tel recognize the importance of supplying quality products to our customers, and we realize that we must earn the privilege of being "the supplier of choice" each and every day.  It is this understanding that drives the level of service and the quality of the product we deliver.  Along with our Quality principles, and sister programs like "C4L" ("Customers for Life"), a program that strives to build strong customer loyalties thru exceptional service, with the goal to "never lose a customer", Westell-Noran Tel's focus is targeted directly on customer satisfaction.

Our Quality Management System was audited by QMI™ and was found to be in compliance with ISO 9001:2000, and thus our management system was registered on May 28, 2002.
