  12. Recognize that we are an international company and that many of our sales people, agents and distributors live in different countries, and different time zones. They depend on us for timely, factual information in order to satisfy their customer's needs. Their success directly determines Noran Tel's success.

  13. Recognize that we will make mistakes with our customers, but that we will immediately recognize these mistakes, quantify, immediately remedy, catalogue them and modify our procedures to ensure they are not duplicated.

  14. Recognize that each of our customers has distinct product needs that will often require us to modify our products to satisfy these requirements. This product customization process will be a priority for us and we will respond immediately to all customer requests.

  15. Embrace and utilize the ISO processes we have in place. Continually develop additional quality standards as we see the need. This will enable us to manufacture and deliver "zero defect" products.
